Ltd., as manager of Elite Commercial REIT (the "REIT Manager") for four years since the initial public offering of Elite Commercial REIT, Mr Evan Cheah is stepping down as a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of the REIT Manager, as part of board renewal and succession planning. Ms Sarena Cheah will replace Mr Evan Cheah as the Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of the REIT Manager. The Board of Directors of REIT Manager wishes to take this opportunity to thank Mr Evan Cheah for his invaluable contributions and guidance during his tenure. |
