| The Board's comments on this appointment (including rationale, selection criteria, board diversity considerations, and the search and nomination process) | The Nominating and Remuneration Committee ("NRC") of Elite Commercial REIT Management Pte. Ltd., as manager of Elite Commercial REIT (the "REIT Manager") has reviewed and assessed the qualifications, experience and suitability of Mr Liaw Liang Huat Joshua ("Mr Liaw"), is satisfied that Mr Liaw possesses the requisite qualifications and capabilities to assume the responsibilities as the CEO of the REIT Manager. Based on the NRC's recommendation, the Board approved the appointment of Mr Liaw as CEO of the REIT Manager. Mr Liaw will join the REIT Manager as CEO-Designate on 17 May 2023 to allow for smooth transition and handover of duties. He will assume the role as the CEO of the REIT Manager on 17 June 2023. |
